Project awarded at the Loop Design Awards and Honourable Mention at the BLT Built Design Awards

Description
The project for the Museo Premiata Latteria Perenzin stands out for its multisensory approach, aimed at engaging visitors through a series of tactile, visual and gastronomic experiences. The main objective is to create a physical, culinary and emotional interaction between the individual and the space, using specific stage settings to tell the story of the dairy, from its founding to the present day. This approach aims to showcase the brand, generating empathy between visitors and the museum environment.
The museum route is structured in eleven project areas that explore the production processes of the prestigious Latteria Perenzin, an exciting journey through the company's 125 years of history. The visit offers an immersive experience right from the entrance, where you step into a new dimension, into a room entirely clad with boards from the old warehouses, still bearing the imprints of the cheese wheels; it continues among the many national and international awards on display to celebrate the company's successes over the years.
Visitors can immerse themselves in the authentic atmosphere of the dairy, walking through displays of collected objects: period photographs and letters, tools for working the milk and an entire wall devoted to butter, ending the visit in the Degustarium, an exclusive area designed to stimulate all five senses and to allow tasting of the various products of excellence.
