The Breath of Landscapes

The project involved building the new office block of a company going through change, as its old spaces had become obsolete. The main goal was to create a headquarters aesthetically aligned with the company's values, providing comfortable working environments to maximise the productivity and self-expression of each individual. Emphasis was placed on the importance of involving employees and colleagues, using an anonymous questionnaire to understand their needs and then turning every piece of information gathered into a design decision.

This approach led to the creation of welcoming, comfortable spaces tailored to individuals, on the understanding that wellbeing affects productivity and positive interaction. The design is characterised by soft forms, based on neuroarchitecture, to encourage concentration and a positive approach to work. An abundant presence of plants contributes to physical and mental comfort and to purifying the air. The lighting design is based on a nature-inspired concept, using “dynamic lights” that adapt automatically to the different hours of the day and to seasonal variation, to guarantee maximum comfort at all times.
